You will need to print out and provide your documents for your appointment as we require actual signatures on paper for consent, your plan development and for payment. Any privacy concerns regarding your healthcare please note your records are not stored on this website and are accessed and maintained in accordance with protected health information rules. For any inquiries, please direct them to Custodian@NorthernLaser.Ca for review.
We will be launching Jane (a premium online clinic package) for secure booking and online billing in the near future, in the meantime all payments are due at time of service or prepaid easily to "onlinebookings@northernlaser.ca" by E-Transfer or credit card (pending).
Use the contact form to open up discussion of your options. Please be patient, this is a small business with minimal staff. If I do not get right back to you I may be with a client or on the way to one.
